Andrea is a Co-Active coach, consultant, strategist, facilitator, and instructor/trainer with a passion for making people — clients, colleagues, and the community at large — wildly successful! She does this primarily by helping businesses to keep their clients and grow retention revenue through a focus on customer success and the "forgotten funnel" of product adoption, customer retention, and advocacy and by providing executive, leadership, and organizational coaching, facilitation, training, and consulting for corporate product professionals and teams, as well as though speaking, writing, and hosting the "After The Sale" podcast.
Andrea is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, facilitator, and trainer with more than 35 years of experience, as well as the author of numerous journal and magazine articles and two award-winning technical books, and she consults, coaches, speaks, facilitates, and teaches about how businesses can create transformational experiences for their customers by building and leveraging content and experience teams, advise those teams for business impact through product adoption and customer success/retention/adoption, and coach content and experience leaders to achieve measurable business results.
As curriculum designer and Program Chair for the UCSC Silicon Valley Extension post-graduate program in technical writing and communication, Andrea inspires and enables technical content strategists, designers, and creators to build skills and capabilities for measurable business results in their organizations through her highly rated, content-focused, design and architecture, human factors, and usability courses.
