Biography
Karen Marinella Hall is a trusted and highly effective executive coach for leaders at an inflection point wanting to build "next level" leadership skills for greater impact. She has worked with CEO’s, Senior Leaders and High Potentials at companies around the world.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Karen operates a boutique executive coaching and strategic communications consulting practice. Before starting her own practice, Karen was an executive coach with Bates Communications working with senior leaders at Fortune 1000 companies with a focus on executive presence. She has held several senior corporate communications roles at global companies and was a six time Emmy award-winning news anchor in Boston.
Karen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She recently completed the Mastery Program for Positive Intelligence. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College and a Master of Business Administration from Curry College.
