Biography

Erin is a seasoned executive coach and executive development expert. She has more than 30 years of business experience working for a Fortune 100 company. She held leadership roles across several HR disciplines in a growing, fast-paced and challenging business environment. She worked side-by-side with leaders across multiple functions and coached them to achieve both their personal and professional goals. 

Her experience working with business leaders spans multiple generations. Erin has coached young adults entering the workforce, helping them to navigate both work and the organizational culture. She has coached mid-level leaders in helping each to decide if they want to grow as a multi-disciplinary leader or establish an expertise in a particular field. Lastly, she has coached executive leaders to better understand how to unleash the power of leading a high functioning team and how those dynamics can enhance the bottom line.

Her business acumen, paired with her intuition, straight forward communication, and ability to build trusting relationships has successfully helped leaders learn how to lead authentically and become their best selves in order to achieve both personal and organizational success. Her coaching sessions are often described as inspiring and transformative.

Erin is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She has achieved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA). She is also certified in PDI Profilor, MBTI, DiSC and Hogan Assessments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Bridgewater State College
