Rob Greenly specializes in coaching and advising physician leaders moving into senior positions in biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies. Rob earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and his MBA from the Yale University School of Management. He is the first and only Harvard College alum to be elected President of the Yale Alumni Association of Boston. He recently was an Executive Officer for the Yale Alumni Association Board of Governors and currently is Co-Chair of the global Yale Day of Service. Rob was nominated for the 2013 Executive Coach of the Year by the International Coaching Federation—New England. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), undertook advanced training to become a Certified Physician Development Coach, and is certified in a number of assessment and development instruments.
