It’s the end of the ICFNE program year and time to connect, reflect on our work together, and dive into some new learnings! This special summer event will open with the Board holding their final, regular board meeting and all members are invited to attend. During that meeting we will introduce several new directors and bid farewell with gratitude to directors leaving the Board. Following this open board meeting, we will facilitate some fun networking with your colleagues. We will then hold a brief annual meeting celebrating ICFNE’s accomplishments and volunteers to close out the year. 

Cynthia Loy Darst, MCC, will be our featured speaker for the educational portion of the session. She’s offering us a taste of her work: Meet Your Inside Team. We all know the frustration of trying to make a change in our lives, only to find our good intentions derailed along the way. While some obstacles may be external, most of what gets in the way comes from inside - from the differing positions and opinions of the “Players on your Inside Team.” By discovering who is on this team and how the game is played we can gain new awareness and return to conscious choice and aligned action.

Join Cynthia Loy Darst for a fun, experiential and powerful introduction to The Inside Team approach to coaching (ORSC Inside). In this 90-minute session you can expect to learn the basic concepts of Inside Team, try it on for yourself, see Cynthia do a demo of Inside Team coaching, and get to practice it with other in our ICFNE Chapter.  This session is designed specifically for experienced coaches. Younger coaches will gain a lot from it, too.

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• How to slow down the chatter in your/your client’s head. 
• How to create greater awareness of the Players on your Inside Team and how they operate.
• How to work with your client as they gain new awareness and get new information – from a coaching stance.
• How to support your client to gain clarity and conscious choice.
  
  

Cynthia Loy Darst, MFA, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC Known as a passionate pioneer in the world of Coaching, Darst has a reputation for being both playful and inspiring. She works with all kinds of people to move them past their limitations and into more effective action.  Darst is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Relationship & Systems Coach and, in 1998, was one of the first to receive the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation. 

Based in Palm Springs, CA, Darst maintains a full roster of private clients including corporate execs, entrepreneurs, creative types (actors, writers, and entertainment industry), people in transition, as well as other coaches. She and her husband, David Darst, CPCC, PCC, also a coach, are partners in their company, Team Darst (www.TeamDarst.com). They do work with individuals as well as teams, couples, partnerships, and organizational systems. 

As a Senior Course Leader for both The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and CRR Global (The Center for Right Relationship), she delights in traveling the US, Canada, and the world, training others in the skills of Co-Active Coaching for individuals, relationships and organizational systems. She has been instrumental in the selection, training and development of new and current leaders for both CRR and CTI. 

Passionate about quality and excellence in the world of coaching, Darst was a founding member of the International Coach Federation and has served as President of ACTO (The Assoc. of Coach Training Organizations).

Darst is the Author of Meet Your Inside Team – How To Turn Internal Conflict Into Clarity and Move Forward With Your Life. Pre-Covid, her book was required reading for the EMBA program at Loyola Marymount University, where she was a frequent guest speaker.
