Co-VP of Education and Professional Development - Sue Keller
Co-VP role to manage and execute chapter continuing education programs, along with a committee of volunteers. Responsibilities include choosing speakers in accordance with chapter priorities and DEI mission, oversee the CEU approval from the ICF for educational events, coordinate and recruit volunteers.
Dr. Sue Keller is a coach specializing in midlife transitions, helping individuals and groups transform challenges in career, relationships, and family life into purposeful, fulfilling next chapters. Her approach blends deep listening, strategic action, and a belief in everyone’s ability to live their best life.
With nearly 35 years of experience in dentistry, Sue brings expertise in oral health prevention, dental wellness coaching, and healthcare advocacy. She is a Harvard graduate, earned her DMD from UConn, and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, trained through the Hornick School of Coaching. She is currently studying the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in coaching.
Sue has held leadership roles in oral health equity and child wellness initiatives, and currently chairs the Valley District Dental Society’s Social and Wellness Committee. An active volunteer and community contributor, she also supports the arts and public health.
In her spare time, Sue rows, hikes, plays symphonic bass, rides her motorcycle, performs musical improv, is learning to sail, and volunteers at Tanglewood. She’s even skydived—twice!
