Biography
Bio: I have over 24 years of service with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in various capacities. I am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF ACC) and a graduate of the Treasury Executive Institute/Internal Revenue Service (TEI/IRS)’s Associate Coach training program. I am passionate to work with clients to achieve their personal and professional goals through coaching.
My Coaching Philosophy: My approach is to coach clients as the whole person, not just their problems. I partner with clients who are motivated to explore new and broader perspectives to facilitate self-growth. With clients’ agreement, I challenge them to create and be their best self in their personal and professional life.
I strive to coach all clients to get unblocked with Curiosity; Compassion; and Courage:
· Curiosity of who you are and who you want to be;
· Compassion for you as another human being trying hard and doing your best; and
· Courage to tell you the truth and stay with you even when the path is hard.
My goal is to coach you through self-reflection and inquiry to discover your greatness, help you be more aligned with your values, and live authentically as who you are.
