Biography
I have spent my career running people functions across borders, mostly in rooms where the problem being presented was not the problem.
I coach senior leaders who are competent, accomplished, and quietly unsure. The ones nobody tells the truth to anymore, because the title got in the way. I work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and culture is the variable most diagnoses leave out.
Working toward ACC through FLOW, then PCC. I came to coaching from operating rather than the other way around, and I am still in the seat. That changes what I can hear.
These days I write a newsletter called Margin. All about leadership and leading across cultures, five minutes, every Tuesday, free. The thing I keep circling: AI will write your plan and your rollout note by lunchtime. It still cannot tell you who in the room stopped believing you.
