Every coach is hearing about AI right now — but most of what's out there is hype, not evidence. Olivier cuts through the noise with a research-backed synthesis of what AI coaching actually does, where it works, where it doesn't, and the necessary ethical guardrails.
Then things get hands-on. Olivier will walk through real use cases — including how AI is already functioning as an AI coaching support tool — before guiding you through building your own personal AI coaching tool, live, during the session. You will use your preferred AI tool such as Claude or ChatGPT, and learn how to integrate external tools directly within it. No coding background needed. You'll leave not only understanding AI coaching but also with a working tool in hand.
Whether you're AI-curious or already experimenting, this session will sharpen how you think about — and use — AI in your practice.

Presenter: Olivier Malafronte
Olivier Malafronte is a pioneering force in AI coaching and leadership development. With a PhD in AI Coaching & Leadership Development, Olivier launched one of the world’s first AI coaching agents in 2016 and has since trained over 200 coaches and guided more than 190 leaders through transformative AI-enhanced coaching journeys. As a co-developer of the first AI Coaching Standards with ICF Global, Olivier is dedicated to elevating the coaching profession.
Through Magify, Olivier combines AI coaching, human group intelligence, behavioral data, and emotionally intelligent marketing content to make coaching accessible and impactful. This innovative approach helps engage existing clients, attract new ones, and increase overall impact while maintaining the human essence of coaching. Alongside contributions to the vibrant “Viva la Coaching Academy” and other institutions, Olivier offers AI Coaching masterclasses to empower coaches worldwide.
The session will be recorded and available to registrants after the session, but you must participate in the session live in order to receive any related Core Competency CCEs (if applicable).
