Coaching Across Differences
This workshop, designed specifically for coaches of organizational leaders, addresses the urgent need for cultural competency, awareness of systemic inequities, and the ability to navigate and leverage differences to foster community and effectiveness in organizational environments. Through a dynamic and interactive format, this 2-hour workshop engages participants in reflective exercises, discussions, and role-playing scenarios, equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively support leaders in this complex terrain.

About the Presenter:

Kemarah Sika is an executive coach and Organizational Development consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading and strengthening mission-driven and public-sector organizations. She partners with senior leaders, public officials, and executives in complex, high-visibility roles to deepen self-awareness, clarify priorities, and lead with steadiness and purpose. Drawing on her CLEAR™ framework and her own experience as a senior nonprofit leader and Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioner, Kemarah creates a reflective and confidential space where leaders can navigate political dynamics, align values with action, and build sustainable leadership practices. Her coaching helps leaders move from overwhelm to clarity, strengthen communication and decision-making, and cultivate the confidence to empower others while stewarding systems-level change.
