About this event

HOST CHAPTER: ICF Maryland Chapter
HOST CHAPTER CONTACT NAMES: Liz Brooks and Deana Kennedy

Recognize the patterns and impact of Impostor Syndrome—in yourself and your clients—and understand how it shapes confidence, performance, and leadership growth.

Create a safe, trusting coaching environment by skillfully responding to client vulnerability, self-doubt, and emotionally charged beliefs about competence.

Strengthen your presence and active listening skills to uncover limiting beliefs, internal narratives, and themes that keep clients feeling “not enough.”

Use a research-backed assessment tool to help clients build insight, reframe their thinking, and design confidence-building actions that foster sustained growth.
