Integrity Index: Recovery and Energy Leadership Strategy for Success

About this event

Step into a transformative coaching experience where leadership meets healing. This session introduces the?Integrity Index, a self-leadership framework designed to help clients align energy, values, and actions with authenticity and purpose. Grounded in recovery principles and Energy Leadership™ concepts, participants will explore practical strategies to support sustainable leadership, through resilience practices, mindset reframing, and emotionally intelligent communication. Coaches will walk away with tools to help clients navigate burnout, rebuild self-trust, and lead with clarity and conviction, all while deepening their alignment with ICF Core Competencies.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

In this session, you’ll learn how to apply the?Integrity Index?as a coaching framework to help clients assess and align their leadership energy with their core values. You’ll explore how to integrate?recovery principles?into coaching conversations to promote sustainable growth and self-leadership. Using tools from?Energy Leadership™, you’ll gain insight into identifying and shifting energy drains, helping clients move from burnout to balance. We’ll cover techniques for reframing limiting inner narratives, cultivating resilience, and modeling authenticity in leadership. Additionally, you’ll develop strategies to foster?psychological safety, trust, and presence?in both one-on-one and team settings—equipping you to guide others through powerful, values-driven transformation.
